Syncing your schedule with Google Calendar

Before setting up Google Calendar integration, make sure you have enabled online scheduling.

Once you have enabled premium feature, you will see the "Manage" button on the top navigation bar.

You can also find the "Manage appointments" button on your profile page.

Go to the "Settings > Integrations" tab on the left menu of the management screen.

Click "Connect" on the Google Calendar integration card.

You will then be redirected to the Google login page and connect to your Google account.

After returning to the settings page, your Google calendar is now connected to the MyProviders online scheduling system.

By default, online scheduling is synced with the primary calendar, you can choose to sync with a different calendar.

How does 2-way sync with Google Calendar work?

MyProviders online scheduling will automatically create new event on the linked Google Calendar when new appointment is created. Any change to the appointment time, status or duration on MyProviders will automatically sync to Google Calendar.

Any event on Google Calendar will automatically block the availability on MyProviders.
